I’m Coach Melanie (Mel) Georgiou, passionately dedicated to empowering women to achieve a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. As a Nutrition Coach my focus is on a comprehensive fitness and nutrition coaching service designed specifically for women. Led by Coach Melanie Georgiou, the hub offers personalized programs tailored to each client's goals, lifestyle, food preferences, and schedule. The focus is on sustainable, long-term health and fitness, moving away from fad diets and restrictive practices.
You will get your own individualized macro nutrition plan/strategy that includes menus based on the foods you love, and even Free Meals where you get to eat what you want (e.g., restaurant meals, pizza, hamburgers, dessert).
